Some of the most famous Italian photographers and many Italian and foreign young authors donated one of their work to sustain FotografiSenzaFrontiere-onlus, independent organization born in 1997 and committed to the creation of permanent laboratories of photography in marginal areas or in conflict regions of the world. Here, through photography, children and teenagers have the chance to learn the skills of a new profession and gain access to an effective and competitive means of portraying their own reality, as well as ease that feeling of powerlessness, often generated from insecurity. The proceeds of the auction will be entirely invested to create new laboratories and sustain those already working.

In auction works by Gian Paolo Barbieri, Gabriele Basilico, Mario De Biasi, James Whitlow Delano, Franco Fontana, Maïmouna Patrizia Guerresi, Maurizio Galimberti, Gianni Berengo Gardin, Giovanni Gastel, Luigi Ghirri, Francesco Jodice, Mimmo Jodice, Nino Migliori, Ugo Mulas, Wolfgang Müller, Ferdinando Scianna, Luigi Serafini, Massimo Vitali and many more, that FSF-onlus thanks warmly. The entire proceeds of the sale will be invested by FotografiSenzaFrontiere-onlus to create a new permanent laboratory of photography in Kuna people territory – Kunayala archipelago, Panama – and to organize initiatives in the FSF laboratories of Nicaragua, Palestine, Saharawi and Uganda.
